So I spent yesterday and today focusing on fitness and eating well and it’s amazing how much my mindset has changed! Yesterday, I did some yoga with Dylan on the mat below me, so I was able to play with him while getting exercise; it was a great start to my day! I then later went for a four mile walk and wore Dylan which lulled him right to sleep. All in all, it was a great day where rather than allowing myself to get bored and eat badly, I stayed active and ate only when hungry AND I had some great bonding time with my baby. I had a very similar day today and, with how great I feel, I have decided to dedicate this blog to finding fun effective ways to exercise with your baby.
